Kenneth Wayne Everett

He was born on July 18, 1964 in Pinehurst, NC to Sidney Bryington and Pauline (Sanders) Everett. His family moved to Dale City, VA; where he graduated in 1982. After graduation he worked as a roofer until he was employed with the U.S. Postal Service at the Merrifield office in Fairfax, VA. He continued his career there until retiring in 2020.

Kenny met and married Kathy, and together they had three children: Dana, Alan and Michael.

He loved the outdoors. His passions were fishing, hiking and every aspect of nature. Kenny was skilled and self taught in many areas and wasn't afraid to learn something new. He was loving, devoted and attentive to his wife and children and a fun grandpa to his granddaughter Della. He would do anything for his family. His witty, spontaneous humor, one liners, inside jokes and catch phrases were his trademark. Thoughtful and giving, he was thinking of us even when we weren't thinking of ourselves. He was always available when we needed him. We're so grateful for everything he has done.

Predeceased by his father Sidney Bryington Everett.

Survivors include his mother, Pauline Everett; his loving wife Kathy Everett; three children: Dana Alexandra Everett, Alan Bryington Everett and Michael Stone Everett; one brother, Randy Bryington Everett and wife Darla; one sister, Theresa Gayle Bailey; one granddaughter, Della Rae Molina; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, 186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the service time. Kenny will be laid to rest at Stafford Memorial Park, 154 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, Virginia, immediately following the services.
