Lois was born August 7, 1928 in Stanford Township, Clay County Illinois to the late Paul and Marie (O’Dell) Tolbert. She married William R. Schroeder in 1947. He preceded her in death on May 30, 2018.
Lois was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. She worked at Sparton MFG and Hella North America in Flora, Illinois. She also worked at Maine Coast Hospital in Ellsworth, Maine. She really enjoyed sewing and was a talented seamstress.
She is survived by her children, Lynn Dulaney and husband, Les of Nashville, Ohio, Kelvin Schroeder and wife, Echo of Morrisville, Virginia, and Susan Lemoine and husband, Don of Midland, Virginia; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held in Stafford Memorial Park on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11:00 am.
