He was born September 10, 1955 in Harrisonburg, VA to Thomas K. and Alice Evans. He lived in Woodbridge, VA for 56 years.
Mr. Evans is survived by his mother, Alice B. Evans of Stafford; his sister, Sandra Evans Mitchell (Les); his brothers, Thomas K. Evans Jr. (Susan), Robert L. Evans (Cheryl), and David L. Evans (Lynn); and his 11 nieces and nephews.
Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his father, Thomas K. Evans Sr. and his brother, W. Wayne Evans.
A visitation for Mr. Evans will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm.
