Mary Smelser Koonce 63, of Stafford passed away peacefully on July 6th, 2019.
She is survived by 2 sons, Roger Koonce of Dale City, Kevin Koonce and wife Summer; daughter, Tonya Wood and husband Scott; 7 grandkids David, Tyler, Alana, Kaden, Evan, Makayla and Owen and a host of other family and friends.
Loving mother, grandmother,sister, aunt and friend.
