Dear Spinella family, Pat & Ed’s beloved family,  Michael, Kathy, Janine, Joe, Ed , all your spouses and children, 
      Please know our hearts are with you since we heard of your mom’s passing. We have such great memories of her. So smart and funny and best of all loving! She was a rip!!! She was such an example to me of how to love your children. She was always so caring with us. She made us laugh all the time.  We had such a great relationship and I’m sorry I let that go in her later years. There’s no excuse for that. We know she was well loved and well taken care of by you all. If I know Pat at all she’s in the ethers surrounding you all and always available to listen to you and tell you what you should do! She’s the best! One of those rare people full of life! There’s no quenching that fire! See you in heaven Pat Spinella!💘💘💘

I have only great and fond memories of Nana. Going up to Brooklyn and staying with her and Uncle Joe Joe during Christmas. She would have fresh meats from the local butcher, fresh sesame bread from the local baker, and the best cheese known to mankind (I loved the provolone). She would feed us amazing sandwhiches and we would watch TV in the living room with everyone and little Max. Beautiful times. Tons of chocolate to stuff our mouths with too :). Rest in peace Nana, we love you so much <3 <3

I am so sorry to hear about Pat’s passing. I have been visiting with Pat for about four years at Charters from the Legion of Mary. She loved praying the rosary and singing hymns. We had the “New York” connection -me being from Hicksville- and instantly hit it off! I was in charge of making sure her favorite rosary went back in her purple pouch and always getting her situated for lunch in the dining room. Visiting Charter will not be the same without Pat. I will miss her New York stories and her always trying to feed me Entenmann’s  sweets! RIP Pat. God bless.

I will miss our telephone conversations, her gentle ways of caring about everyone and her laughter.

You have been a strong matriarch figure for the Spinella/Ahearne family with lots of lovely memories and great advice. You will always be in my heart. Love you, Nana.

We will miss our mom very much,and all that she had done for us,we pay homage in remembering all she had sacrificed for herself in raising us.
Mom is now in heaven,able to walk,see,and experience no pain,and we will all meet together one day in heaven when it our turn.
