Sherry was born November 8, 1946. She was preceded in death by her newborn daughter, Heather.
She is survived by her husband, Warren Whitney of Stafford.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 19 at the Summit Presbyterian Church 256 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford.
In lieu of flowers the family request expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
