Vonda "Sissi" Anne (Hicks) Thornton

Vonda “Sissi” Anne Hicks Thornton, 51 of Stafford, VA passed away Thursday March 28, 2019. Vonda is survived by her loving husband, Tommy Lee Thornton; Her parents, Ray E. Hicks and Sharon K. Hicks; her son, Buddy Sabins and grandchildren, Nathaniel and Nicholas Sabins; three brothers, Ray C. Hicks(Terri), Michael J. Hicks and Raymond Hicks (Lisa); two sisters, Ronni Hess (Brian) and Penny Hicks; three nephews, David and Dylan Hess and Alex Hicks; and two nieces Jessica Hicks and Ashley Powell. Sissi touched many lives and she will be deeply missed by numerous family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vonda’s name to the S.P.C.A A celebration of life will be held from 2:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday April 7, 2019 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel.
