Stephen was born on September 21, 1944 in the Bronx, New York, and graduated from New York University in 1970 with a degree in Dentistry. Following a 2-year internship in California, he established a successful dental practice in New Rochelle, New York.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Nadine, sons Adam and Joshua, their spouses Marissa (nee Scourtos) and Jenna (nee Hirsch), daughter-in-law Sarah Oustatcher Smith, spouse Gerard Smith, stepdaughter Deanna Carillo, spouse Michael Carillo, and stepson Jeremy DiLullo. His son, Matthew, predeceased Stephen in 2016. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st at 11:00am at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home located at 2900 Summer St. Stamford, Connecticut.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lustgarten Foundation in honor of Stephen.
