Tina Kelter, 83, passed away Sunday, June 22nd. Beloved wife to Herb Kelter (deceased 2010). Mother to Lori (Sandler) and husband Mark of Pound Ridge, NY; and to David and wife Ann Kelter of San Diego. Adored grandmother to Adam (Liza), Max, and Benjamin Sandler; and Mia Nelson (Dallen) and Evan Kelter. Loving daughter, niece, cousin, and friend. Tina always loved giving of herself. Her calling was advocating for children and teens. She volunteered and worked right across the finish line -- 50 years in special school programs and court systems. Tina adored the Old Tappan community -- especially her neighborhood. Tina's memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those whose lives were brighter for having known her.
