Catherine Foster

Katherine L. (NEE Steffen) Foster (84) passed peacefully in her sleep Wednesday morning October 30th, 2024. She was born and raised in Staten Island. A graduate of St. John Villa academy. She worked as an Executive Secretary for the Wall Street Journal for over 40 years.

Pre-deceased by her sister Phyillis and John Tracey, Paul and Joan Steffen, sister-in-law Libby Cucco. Survived by husband Robert (Bob) Foster, son Robert (Nancy) Foster, daughter Kathy (Frank) Guerra. Her sister in-law Lolly Steffen. Her nieces Patti, Marianne, Michelle, Caroline and nephew Paul. Her grand-children Andrew and Gregory Foster, Timothy (Kaila) Geurra, Emily (Jason) Buckwalter. Her great grandchildren Callan, Rowan, Evelyn and Brynn.

She loved spending time with family and friends. During the holidays she loved decorating. She also enjoyed baking, ceramics, embroidery and other crafts. She was also an early member of the Columbettes at the Drumgoole Council 5917 as well of the Richmond Town association. She will surely missed by all.
