Dominic is survived by his wife, Rita Delaney LaForgia, his children Christine Metzger and husband Roger, Dominic and his wife Carolyn, Richard and Jon. He was a proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and a great-grandfather of four.
Dominic was always proud to say that he was born and raised on Pleasant Avenue in Harlem, NY. He attended Benjamin Franklin High School and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, where he would visit every year to celebrate the Feast of Mt. Carmel.
Dominic enlisted in the United States Marine Corp.
He was a member of the Delray Beach, Florida Elks Lodge 1770 and a Co-Founding Director of the Palm Beach Senior Softball Association. Dominic absolutely loved "playing ball" and was an avid fan of the NY Yankees and NY Giants. Dominic enjoyed spending time with his family, blessing them with memories that they will always cherish.
