He was a loving husband for 54 years to Carmen Serrano, and he then became a devoted father to his two children Melisa and Frank. A brother to Angel and Luis Serrano. He was also a Papa to four grandchildren: PJ, Zach, Maya, and Zali, and an amazing Tío to many nieces and nephews.
Sico enjoyed spending time with his family. He was full of fun facts that he loved to share, you knew you were about to learn something new when he said 'Let me tell you something'.
He enjoyed playing multiple instruments. He was a die-hard Yankees fan, a lover of salsa and bolero music, and a very proud Hatillano!

A visitation for Juan will be held Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314.
A committal service will occur Monday, April 14, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at The Green-Wood Cemetery, 25th Street Brooklyn, NY 11232.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Juan's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
