Born and raised in Grant City June Rorro, she moved to Great Kills 49 years ago.
A graduate of New Dorp High School, she was a homemaker who enjoyed doing craft projects and caring for animals. She was a longtime member of Great Kills Moravian Church.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, William; a son, Michael; two daughters, Michele Owen and Jaime Jersek; a brother, Harvey Rorro; a twin sister, May Schreiber; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday from the Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, Great Kills, with a service at 10 a.m. in Great Kills Moravian Church. Burial will be in Moravian Cemetery, New Dorp.
