I'm very saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. Please accept our condolences and prayers.

Wow!!! I thought this was going to be easy for me, but I was wrong. Anyway here goes.... Mr. Burr You are remembered in my heart so many ways. From that coy little smile followed by those devilish eyes that always let me know you were working an angle of some kind, Not in a bad way but never the less looking for a little something extra. You had such a a great laugh and smile and you could command a room just by explaining your day at work. I remember how close you were with the Brown Family and with Mark Cortese. I can remember too many parties and vast trips to the village to see bands like Devo, Dirty Looks, Flo and Eddie and all the trips to the Rock Palace. And recently we reconnected and kept each other company by phone at all hours of the night and your Lady was always happy we were talking as well. It does make me feel sad that you both couldn't have come for a visit in Florida since we had talked about it. I can remember your Dad helping me out of a bind with that old Super Beetle without questioning why. And I remember you always being respectful of your family. You were a One of a Kind that always had an Aura that Shined. You were a great friend and always giving of yourself and your Time. I think if we would ever have collaborated to write a Tell All Book, We would have Hit the Top of the Hit Lists Every where... John Wick had nothing on Us...ROFLMAO... If I ever needed help with anything you and your friends were always there to help. Bro it was such a great privilege to be able to say I hung with one of the best... That was You Kevin Burr.. Hugzz and Kissezz my Old and Dear Friend, Forever Missed. Love ya Guttzzz...Brother. 

Im sorry about Kevin. he was a true stand up and loyal friend.l nicknamed him horse lots of laughs.when ever I was in a jam he came to my side.especialy at the Swiss.he will b missed!! Rip my friend

To Donna, Dolores and Will, I want to extend my deepest sympathies. 

I am not sure how to put into words what I want to say. I met Kevin in the late 70’s when he had gotten out of the service and ended up working with me. In a few days together I felt like I had found a brother and we were close for years including my asking him to be my best man when I got married. As the years went by we saw less of each other, but I always felt that he would always be there. Unfortunately a lot of us guys are bad at keeping in touch with each other and I am definitely one of them. Kev, I miss you, knowing your not here leaves a hole in me. 

Donna, thank you for taking such good care of him for all these years. 

Dolores, seeing your wedding picture was great as it brought back my memories of your parents and Kevin from those days, thank you

My brother Kevin was cremated yesterday, and this morning there was a special mass arranged for him in Sligo, Ireland by my dear Aunt Kay, my mother’s sister. I’m so very grateful to Aunt Kay and all my family for the love and support from Ireland and England, as well as my family at home, Shannon, Emily, Doug, Will, Angel and Donna, Kevin’s wife.

My older brother was cremated today. When we were kids I asked  my dad if he would take the training wheels off my bike.  Mom looked worried and the answer was that William wasn’t ready and might ride into the street.  Then, I asked Kevin. He knew what mom and dad’s concerns  were and his answer was, “ I’ll take them off but I’m not putting them back on”.  I’ve never stopped riding.  My brother didn’t squelch what I needed that day even though he knew he would receive the wrath of dad (and of course, he knew I would definitely ride into the street). He took the hit for me.. Kevin did things his own way, wasn’t into regrets, flipped off authority, and had challenges with norms. More than anything my brother was a good soul who could read good souls and was the first to help someone in need.  Goodbye bro.  Think I’ll take a bike ride today.

God Bless your soul Kevin. Living in the light of your creator. Your presence will be cherished by those who loved and cared for you.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Kevin's death, having followed news of his condition over the weeks, relayed to us by cousin Dolores. 

I never met Kevin (one of many cousins forever divided by the Atlantic) but reading  the testimonies here, written by those who knew him, speaks volumes about him and his caring and committed life partner Donna.

Our deepest condolences to everyone whose life is made emptier by the loss of Kevin and the warmth and wit he brought to the world.

I, had the pleasure of becoming aquainted with Kevin and Donna as neighbors in 2013. He became my Brother from another Mother and she became my Sister from a different Mister. Kevin was a kind and gentle soul and could repair just about anything. I will miss him even though we are no longer neighbor's we still kept in touch. When I received the call from his long time significant other my ❤️ sank into my stomach. Kevin your earthly body may have transitioned, but you will remain in my ❤️ My Dear Friend. Take your Rest, you fought as long as you could to remain here, now Sleep in Perfect Paradise 🙏🏾.

When we were kids, our two families temporarily lived together in one house. Five of us boys in one room.  When we went to bed for the night, Kevin would  say things making us laugh , sometimes getting us to laugh too loud...

My brother was blessed to have Donna Carnivale as his wife and companion for over 22 years. They went thru so much together, including Hurricane Sandy.  Thank you, Donna, for loving my brother and taking such amazing care of him. You showed him what love really is.

Donna, please accept my sympathy for your loss, as a long, lost cousin of Kevin.  My Mom and Kevin's Dad were first cousins if I have the correct label.  Dolores and my brother Tom are the family genealogists, so they'd know for sure.  Please take care of yourself during what must be (and obviously has been) an acutely difficult time for you. 💙 💛
