September 21, 1972- January 29, 2022 Michael Donovan, age 49, passed away in his home town of Staten Island. He was born and raised on the north shore in Staten Island, on September 21, 1972. The loving son of Thomas F Donovan and Ellen Scott Donovan. He was the husband to Brenda Donovan, a father to Fiona and Maeve donovan. Brother to Thomas Donovan and Colleen McVey, a godfather/uncle to Jake Mcvey and a brother in-law to Michael McVey. Michael attended St. Peter’s boys high school, and worked for Schindler Elevator Corporation for nearly 30 years. He loved his family, his friends, and always lended a helping hand to anyone in need. He loved traveling with his family, yearly trips to florida and the beach. Michael loved his work, and always knew how to make people happy. Michael will be remembered forever by his simple selfless self, may he rest in peace.
