Charlie and I extend our most sincere condolences to you on the loss of your wonderful father.  We were honored to have called him our friend and our doctor.  He was always kind and had a ready smile for everyone he met.  May you take comfort in knowing that he was loved by many and that he was the model of what a good Catholic doctor should be. Dr. Ravelo was a kind and compassionate man who brought our 3 children into this world.  He was always available and despite having awakened him at home on 3 separate occasions during the middle of the night for "false labor" pains, we were greeted by him at St. Vincent's on our arrival.  May he rest in peace.
