A 1990 graduate of Curtis High School, Mr. Payson loved his job as an electrician with Local 3.
He also enjoyed Halloween shows, carpentry, washing cars, playing Santa Claus for the family, planting tulips, researching his family tree, and playing with his nieces and nephews. He was always willing to help anyone in need.
Steven leaves his mother, Janet, father, Ralph, brothers, Michael and David, sister, Darline Woodhouse, and cherished nieces and nephews.
Services are being handled by Casey Funeral Home. Visitation is Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, from 1 to 5 p.m., with a prayer service at 4:30 p.m. Private burial is in Moravian Cemetery.
