Island University Hospital. He was born on March 13, 1929.
He is survived by his beloved wife Madeline “Elly” whom he was married to for 66
years. Also surviving him are his children Susan Misch, Frank (Aileen) Gallinaro,
and Maria (Marc) Chiapperino, along with his many grandchildren and his great
granddaughter, whom he loved very much. He was predeceased by his caring
parents Frank and Vittoria Gallinaro, and beloved son-in-law Tom Misch.
Tom loved to work at his jewelry store “Yours and Mine”, which he opened in
1955. He also enjoyed playing cards and shooting dice. His family was his world
and he lived his life for them.
Visitation will be held Sunday August 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at
Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. A funeral
mass will occur Monday August 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Ann
Roman Catholic Church, 101 Cromwell Ave, Staten Island NY 10304. In lieu of
flowers a donation to can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the
Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
