Ms. Jerolene 'Judy' Morgan Miles

Mrs. Jerolene "Judy" Morgan Miles, age 79, passed away peacefully to go and be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility. She was surrounded by her four children, who loved and cherished her dearly. Other immediate family members were also by her side. She was a longtime resident of Bulloch County and a member of the Statesboro Church of God. She loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Miles; her parents, O.W. and Janave Morgan; and two brothers, Charles Morgan and Clyde Morgan.

Survivors include two sons, Raymond (Carol) Miles of Vidalia, Ga., Larry (Regina) Miles of Nevils, Ga.; two daughters, Dianne Cleary and Karen Gentry, both of Brooklet, Ga.; 10 grandchildren, Raymond (Karen) Miles, Robert Miles, Ryan Miles, Brandon Cleary, Allyson (Clayton) Allen, Jason (Heather) Cleary, Adam (Mercedes) Miles, Timothy (Valerie) Miles, Tiffany Gentry and Kevin Baker; 13 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Glenda Hale and Anita (Houston) Brown, all of Tifton; five brothers, Bill (Dottie) Morgan of Stockbridge, J.P. (Myrtice) Morgan of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Edsol (Anna) Morgan of Senoia, Ga., Roger (Doris) Morgan of Adel, Ga., and Wayne (Pat) Morgan of Tifton; one sister-in-law, Marie Morgan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Eason officiating.

Burial will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.

The children are very appreciative and will always be grateful for the unwavering love and care she was given by the entire staff of Ogeechee Area Hospice.
