

Born June 1, 1948 in Gaston County, she was the daughter the late John Roland Mobley and Mildred Mobley who survives.
Hilda was a beautician, owned her own business, and later in her career, she was a deli manager for Food Lion. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Mobley.
Hilda’s strong faith in God and her deep love for her sons was reflected in every part of her life.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Matthew Oscar Fraley and Jonathon Stephen Fraley, both of Statesville; brother, Keith (Jan) Mobley of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Carmen (Danny) Jackins of Statesville and Patti (John) Loner of Mooresville. She is further survived by a granddaughter, Ariel Rose and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, friend and favorite aunt to her nieces and nephews.
Hilda’s request was the family and friends gather on the third Sunday after her passing which will be December 14, 2014 to write a memory or a picture and place in a balloon to release together at Gordon Hospice House at 6:00 PM.
