

Louisa Julia Horvath Meyer, 78, of 462 Drumstand Rd. Stony Point, died Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Orange, New Jersey on October 17, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Frank Horvath and Louise Myer Horvath. Louisa was an avid dog lover, a plant enthusiast and loved family and cooking. She was a member of Stony Point A.R.P. Church and was active in the YMCA and the senior citizens group at her church prior to her health worstening. She was a loving, caring and helpfull person. She worked as an accountant until retirement.
She is survived by her son, Paul Meyer of Stony Point, a grandaughter, Regina Meyer, two brothers, Frank and Michael Horvath, two nieces: Louise LoVaglio and Merry Ally and four nephews: Ted, Ed, Frank and Dennis O'Keefe.
Services celebrating Louisa's life will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Parnell officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday evening prior to the service at the funeral home.
