Margaret Holland Crawford

She was born September 9, 1925, daughter of the late Geneva and Don Holland. The late Frank Crawford was her husband for 49 years. She retired from J. C. Penney’s Distribution Center after 37 years of service. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by a daughter Jean (Allen) Weatherman and son Rusty (Sandra) Crawford. She was the proud grandmother of Donna (Michael) Tripodi, Chris (Krista) Weatherman, Janet (Greg) Royal and Andy (Jill) Crawford. She had six great grandchildren; Kyle Talley, Ryan Talley, Caty Tripodi, Kalli Weatherman, Chance Weatherman and Chloe Crawford.

The family of Margaret Crawford would like to express their sincere appreciation to Iva Harrington, Vera Lackey, Carol Tripodi and Hospice of Iredell County for the wonderful loving care given to our mother.

Services celebrating her life are scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Westmoreland Chapel with Rev. Ken Hudson and Rev. B. N. Black officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.
