She is survived by her husband Larry D.F. Williams, her son; L. Devon F. Williams, II of Lexington, KY and her daughter; Mary Steele and husband David of Kinston, NC along with grandchildren Cameron and Holly Steele.
Mary Ann traveled with her husband Larry, with the U. S. Navy and as he retired from U. S. Air Force. She was awarded the U.S. Air Force Silver Family Services Metal for working with young couples coming to the base and also working with Air Force family services during a tornado in 1970 at Lubbock, TX.
Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday at 11:00 AM at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with Rev. Cokie Bristol and Rev. Olin Isenhour officiating. Burial is to follow at a later date.
