William "Larry" Theodore Perry II, 75, of Statesville passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016 at his home. Born February 13, 1941 in Point Pleasant, WV to the late William Theodore Perry and Evelyn Harriet Roberts.
A Veteran of the US Navy, certified welder and lifetime member of the VFW. Preceded in death by his brother, Cecil Perry. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Anna May Darst Perry. Children Teresa (Jeff) Gillespie, Tangie (James) Cox, William Perry III (Billy McClary), Sheila Benfield, Joseph Ryan Perry, 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, siblings Laura Mae McDaniel, Norma Pickens, Reba Lanier, William Smith, Charles Perry, and Calvin Wright.
Family will gather March 15 at Iredell Memorial Gardens Chapel Statesville at 1:00 p.m. Service begins at 2:00.
