

Louise Roberta Engleman Wood, 93, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Emeritus of Harrisonburg.
She was born August 29, 1919 in Augusta County, a daughter of the late Clarence and Lottie Lamb Engleman.
She retired from the former Genesco of Verona and was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church of Staunton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Hugh Wood, one brother and five sisters.
Survivors include a daughter, Kay Baker and husband Greg of Harrisonburg, a sister, Barbara Harmon and husband Hugh of Mt. Solon, five grandchildren; Lottie Baker of Arlington, Tristan Baker of Warrenton, Chloe Jerlinski and husband Jared of Harrisonburg, Arlo Baker of Richmond and Lucy Baker of Harrisonburg.
She also leaves a number of much loved nieces and nephews.
A service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, February 4, 2013 at the Staunton Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes by the Rev. Robert Woodfrin. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery and Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church 2000 Shutterlee Mill Rd Staunton, Virginia 24401.
