Bing Fai "Tony" Lau, a devoted, hard-working, humorous, and generous individual, passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 87. Bing was a long time resident of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Bing was born on October 23, 1938 in Taishan, Canton, China.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Ping Ting, and his children, Danny (Christine) and Iris (Brandon) Truong. Bing was a proud grandfather to his grandchildren, Elle "Eli" and Madeline.
Bing cherished traveling with his wife and spending time with his family. He also took great pleasure in eating good food, especially his wife's delicious home cooking.
Visitation will be held at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, located at 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402, on December 13, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Funeral Chapel Service will follow at the same location at 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Mount Auburn Memorial Park, 4101 S Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402, on the same day.
Bing will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
