May helped start Pui Tak Chinese School in Chinatown was the Principal and Language School teacher taught Chinese daily for more than 20 years.
Then together with husband Paul, opened the former King Wah Restaurant. Paul died in 2003.
May is survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
