No one can deny my Tia's generosity. She gave without expecting anything in return. That's a rare quality to find in a person. We're lucky that we got to experience that quality whenever we were around her. I remember I was at her house many years ago and commented to her that I liked a fake orchid plant she had just bought. She said, "Take it, m'ija." I refused. Before I left, though, she personally handed it to me and made me take it. But It wasn't just material things; she gave everyone love and care whether she knew you for two minutes or two decades. She was always looking around at family get-togethers making sure everyone was eating and enjoying themselves. She gave so much of herself to her children and husband too. I see her in them, though. They are just as kind and generous. I know they will miss her dearly, so will I. Love you Tia. Love you, Mike, Alex, Gracie, and Tio Carlos.

My great Tia Ofelia, all the love you offered and the happiness you spread, made everyone always feel so welcome in your home. You gave comfort, warmth, kindness and much, much more. You will continue to live in spirit that we will always remember and cherish.

Offelia was an outstanding, loving, fun soul to be around. The last memory I have is of her making me a perfect breakfast and she insisted I have as much as I want. "Youre a growing boy eat, eat!" She said. She's played a big part in my life. I will never forget her.

Ofelia was the most generous & sweet soul. Always tending to others & with the biggest sincere smile. Always interested in getting to know someone, Ofelia was easy to talk to, warm & genuinely concerned with everyone's comfort. Her home was instantly your home & with more than enough delicious meals always ready. She brought this world so much warmth & kindness. She was truly loved & she will be very missed & never forgotten.

My Tia Ofelia continues to be a mother, grandma, aunt, sister to all and especially a daughter of our Heavenly Father. 

She is now rested from her physical pain and I am positive that she is now jubilant in the presence of her family members that have passed away. She continues to be a wonderful mother and woman. 

I love her for loving her family and for loving me. She raised great sons and supported a great man, who is Carlos. This was a hard and sacred role here on earth and now will carry on will other sacred roles in the eternities.

Our deepest condolences to the family.  May you take comfort in knowing that your mom is now resting in the arms of our Lord.  Although the distance kept us apart I will cherish every moment I spent with you during your visit to Idaho and every time we spoke to each other.  You will always be in my heart and I will forever miss you. RIP my loving sister.

I first met my Tia Ofelia during one of the worst times of my life. My younger brother had just passed & she flew to be with her brother & his family to share her love & support!! I was in complete awe of what a loving person she was...she treated us as though she had always known & loved us!! She was such a beautiful, loving woman & I truly wish that we had been able to share more time with her....our thoughts and prayers are with you & we send all of our love on behalf of our families!! We love you & are keeping you in prayer!!

Thank you for everything that you did for me. You always showed me how much you cared, loved, worried, and thought about me. There is not one day that I didn't feel your love, somehow your actions and words always gave me comfort and reassurance that I wasn't alone. 
I find it hard to believe that your gone. But all I can do is just keep the great memories that you gave and made in my life. You will always hold a great place in my heart for all eternity. I love you always.
