Richard Lowe, age 67, passed away on Sunday April 5, 2020. Richard was born December 5, 1952 in Chicago , Illinois. Richard enjoyed listening to Kenny Rogers , watching Law & Order (he loved the police force ) and thinking he was "the boss" at his Ludeman home.
His internment will be at Mount Auburn Cementary .
