Dearest daughter of the late Frank and Bessie [nee Lhotka] Svobada, beloved wife of the late George Becvar Sr.
Loving mother of George Jr. (Deborah [nee Goode]), Allen, and Tim. Grandmother of Brian and Nicole; great-grandmother of Riley. Fond sister of Raymond Svobada, Lorraine Kovanda, and Roberta Kruger.
Rosemarie was all about family. Homeroom mother for school functions and den mother to cub scouts. Loved to sing and dance. Was a crafter, making a new ornament for each family member every Christmas. Worked at JC Penny. After retirement they would spend six months in Lake Holiday and six months in Clearwater, FL for the winter. She also loved dogs.
A funeral service for Rosemarie will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402, followed by a graveside service.
