Carlton is survived by his daughter, Kaylee Hanner and her husband Charles; Sons, Eugene Barron and Timothy Barron; grandchildren, Miah Hanner, William Hanner, Syanna Hanner, Hannah Barron, Morgan Barron, TJ Barron, Linda-Ann Barron, and James Barron; sisters, Carrie Barron and Janice Barron; brother, Mike Barron; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other loved ones. Carlton was preceded in death by his loving wife, Selina Scott Barron.
Carlton was born on October 16, 1953 in Atlanta, GA to Carlton Sr. and Jesse Barron. He was dedicated to his lifelong job at Goodman Decorating (commercial wallpapering). He was funny and outgoing and dedicated to his job and family. Carlton would always say “I got a passport into the world and I have my passport out.”
A memorial service is scheduled for 12 pm on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Horis A. Ward – Fairview Chapel. Pastor Joe Hughes will officiate the ceremony. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
