Elsie Hughes Scott age 82 of covington formely of decatur ga. passed away march 2, 2011. She was predeceased by her son Redus Lamar Hughes. Survied by her daughter Judy Stafford & husband Donny Social Cir. Ga., son Richard Dale Hughes & wife Connie Covington Ga. Sister Peggy Spencer & husband Robert Marshall Texas. Two brothers James Harrell & wife Carolyn Ridgeland Mississippi and Bennie Harrell & wife Florette Pearl Mississippi. Seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great great grand son. And extended family members. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday march 5, 2011 in the Fairview chapel of Horis A. Ward. Rev Edward Beusse, Rev. James Harrell and Rev. Bill Stafford will officate. Interment in the Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday march 4th from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
