Loving mother of Carlton Watkins (Nancy), and Pamela Mabry (Jimmy). She is also survived by four grandchildren, Carrie Key (Phil), Ashley Watkins (Stacy), Sherry Jenkins (Greg), and Jessica Stewart(David), her brother, Ted Rutledge, numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to go thru for viewing on Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 1 pm until 1:45 pm., with a mask and a 10 person rotation at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. A graveside service will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens, beginning at 2 p.m.
