Lena Grace Chapman

Lena Grace was the definition of wife, mother, and sister. She was the kindest, most caring woman and was a God-given blessing to those in her life. As the oldest of 8, she had a hand at raising us all. From brothers, sisters, and cousins to children, grandchildren, and even great grandchildren. She deeply and truly loved us all. Her marriage to Wyman Chapman was full of love and laughter for over 60 years. She leaves behind on this world a true amazing grace.

She is survived by her husband, Wyman Chapman; their two sons, Wayne Chapman and Wade Chapman; her sisters, Teresa Henderson, Brenda McGuoirk and Gail Jones; six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. May we lay her to rest easy with all the love hat she has filled in our hearts.

A visitation of family and friends will be held for Lena on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A graveside celebration of her life and committal service will take place at 11:00 AM at Fairview Memorial Gardens | 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
