Mary Lou McDaniel, age 90, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on June 28, 2019. She was born to the late John W. and Edna L. Daniel in Kennesaw, GA on December 8, 1928. Mary was a published songwriter and a country music artist as well. She was a member of the Country Music Academy as well as a member of the Eastern Stars for fifty years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents; W. C. and Mary Amanda Daniel, her husband; Raymond Harry McDaniel, her son; John White and her sister; Willie Chapman.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter-in-law; Janet White, her two grandsons; Arthur John White and Michael Charles White, her one great grandson; Carson (Crystal) White and a host of nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received for a visitation on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 2 PM to 3 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home located at 376 Fairview Rd in Stockbridge, GA 30281. A graveside service will immediately follow the visitation at Fairview Memorial Gardens located at 164 Fairview Rd in Stockbridge, GA 30281
