Paul was born in Cedar Town, Georgia on January 3, 1944 to parents, Robert Henry Brock and Lula Mae Jackson.
He was married to the love of his life for 48 years, Martha Irene Tribble on Sept 29, 1962. Paul served in the US Army for 4 years; stationed in Hawaii shortly after he and Martha were married and where their first child was born.
He quit school in the 9th grade to help support his family. Paul always demonstrated such a strong work ethic throughout his life, first working in commercial construction as a Crane Operator, constructing some of the largest buildings in Atlanta, Georgia and later owning his own building maintenance company, P&M Services. Paul was very proud of the fact that he built a stable and prosperous life for himself and his family, after a very humble beginning.
Paul was always very active in his yard, loved gardening and building things, and loved to fish. He spent many hours out on Lake Jackson either in his Pontoon boat, which he built, or later in his Jet boat, named Miss Martha.
Paul and Martha enjoyed traveling to Daytona Beach, Florida every year for Bike Week. They attended faithfully together for almost 40 years.
He was predeceased by his wife, Martha Tribble; brother-in-law, Marty Tribble; mother-in-law, Cora Tribble and parents, Robert and Lula Mae Brock.
