Wanda was a devoted wife, loving mother and faithful sister/friend. She loved and worshiped the Lord as a child at White’s Creek Baptist Church, Rockwood, TN, and later at Conley First Baptist Church near Forest Park, GA., and Jodeco Baptist Church, Stockbridge, GA. She led a successful paint and cabinet/trim stain/finish business in the south Atlanta area with many of the large, original Eagles Landing homes to her credit. She began her business after staining trim and cabinets for her husband’s home construction business.
Wanda had a servant's heart and took joy in serving others. She loved to keep a clean and tidy home. She was a talented cook delighting in family reunions, holiday get-togethers and other special occasions. Wanda had a wonderful sense of humor topped with a beautiful smile. She was a very attractive woman but humble and reserved. Wanda went out of her way to make sure her family and friends were comfortable, their stomachs full, and each had everything they needed.
Her love and joy will be sorely missed.
