Betty was born and raised in Lathrop, California. She attended Manteca High School until graduating in 1947.
Betty married Robert Reed Pierce in Reno, Nevada and was married for 58 years. She had a love for music that could always be heard in her home that included any piano, Bob Dylan and later in life Pavarotti.
Betty also had a great love for exercise with walking being a favorite and a great pass time for oil painting and photography.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and husband.
She is survived by her sister Suzanne Hall of Lummi Island Washington, 5 children Steven, Linda, David, Becky and Deborah, eight grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 21, 2021 at 11 at Stockton Rural Cemetery, Stockton.
In Lieu of Flowers the family has requested to make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Betty Pierce.
