On Thursday morning, April 24, Frances (Carr) TeSelle passed away peacefully at the age of 88. She was born in San Francisco at the Presidio, the only child of James and Annabelle. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother to 14 grandchildren, and a great-grandmother to 9 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband David, her daughters Deborah Mosbaugh (Ken) and Suzanne Zumofen (Jurgen) and her sons Gregg Carr (Antonieta) and Jerry Carr (Marisa). She was preceded in death by her daughter Bonnie F (Pat).
Frances graduated from Stockton High (grades 9 and 10), Stockton College (grades 11-14) and College of the Pacific (UOP). She taught special education in the Stockton School District for over 30 years.
Frances will be remembered and loved by her many friends and family members for her winning smile, her delicious sense of humor, and her loving care and attention to them and their needs.
