Frank R. Moreno, age 84 of Stockton passed away on July 9, 2011. He worked as a lead foreman for General Service Administration for 35 years. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Margaret Moreno; brothers, Louis and Robert Moreno; sisters, Margaret Martinez and Jessie Gutierrez. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Jovita G. Moreno; son, Frank Moreno Jr.; daughters, Irene Marquez, Frances Aguilar and Dolores Santos; brother, Gilbert Moreno; sisters, Carmen Martinez, Eliza Gonzales and Gloria Herrera; 8 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, July14, 2011 from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5:00 PM at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary 809 N. California St. Stockton. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary. Committal will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.
