My memories from Dec 2019: I was watching the basketball game, sitting next to Uncle Jon on the barstools and I started our conversation saying, "Who are you wanting to win?" (the teams were Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers.) He said, " Uh, I like both." I nodded and said, "I do too." JJ, and Gabby, ran down the hallways and I waved and followed them.

My next memory is from Christmas when everyone was in the other room (people call it the other room, the extra room, the tv room, the Netflix room, the piano room and, the  present room it's the room right when you walk in),  we were opening presents when Grace got a HUGE box (it was a prank box). It was a puzzle that said the puzzle pieces were super tiny, the size of rice! He was saying that it was impossible until me and mom revealed that it was a joke.

We had fun times together and we will always remember and love you.

I had just arrived from Texas and was shown my room, I was so tired and these two young boys, my nephews, joined me.  They had so much to say and what they were going to do when they got older and Jon was going to play football and told me he was good at it, so we laughed and I can't remember a time when my tiredness turned into pure joy as they talked about their futures. So we finally went to sleep later and me on TX time. The next day all 4 of my nephews took me to lunch at MacDonald's and told me to order whatever I wanted but knowing they didn't have much money I ordered a happy meal just like them and I got a key chain with a big yellow Pac man toy in mine and to this day I still carry it with me (30 yrs). That memory fills my heart every time I reach for my keys. I love you Jon and wish I could of told you that more often.  Rest in heaven nephew and we'll take care of your dad!
