Nora Ellen Imes

Nora Ellen Imes 86, was called to the Lord Dec. 17, 2013. She was born Mar. 20, 1927 to Christian and Gertrude Kruckeberg in Ft. Russel IL. She graduated from St. Joseph Nursing School in Alton in 1948 and was a licensed R.N. until retirement from San Joaquin County General hospital at age 69. Nora was a member of First Congregational Church of Stockton and proud member of the Iris club. Always putting others first, she will be missed by all who were blessed to know her. She was preceded in death by husband of 48 years William Imes; daughter Terry Timmerman (Jerry) of TX; brothers Ken and Walt of IL and Jim of MT. Nora is survived by twin sister Cora of IL; children Patty Pinnick (Mike) and Ron Imes (Kim) of Stkn; stepdaughters Karen Parks (Jim) and Kathy Verhal (Jim) of UT; grandchildren Danny Timmerman (Jennifer) of TX, Jacob and Jessica Imes of Stkn, Benjamin Pinnick, GA, Cassandra Santiago, Stkn and Great grandson Grayson Timmerman of TX. God bless her and keep her. Service and luncheon on Jan. 4, 2014 at Noon at First Congregational Church, 3409 Brookside Rd. in Stkn. Donations in Nora’s name may be made to the First Congregational Church or Hospice of San Joaquin.
