Robert “Wade” Renwick, 72, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2025, after a short but brave battle with cancer, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on February 9, 1953 in Fresno California, Bob had called Stockton home for the past 62 years. He was the son of the late Robert Loyd Renwick and Marian Georgia Renwick.
Bob, was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rhonda “Lynn” Renwick; his brother, Marc; and his parents. He is survived by his sons, Matthew and Joshua, daughters-in-law Nichole and Jacelyn, and his adored grandchildren Maggie, Brody, and Jake. He also leaves behind his brother Larry and his sister Linda, as well as many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.
Bob’s life was rich with passions and simple joys. An avid golfer and devoted baseball fan, especially the San Francisco Giants, he could often be found on the green or following the game. He had a gift for storytelling and an endless supply of jokes, brightening every room he entered with his wit and humor. He found peace in nature, particularly when fly fishing, and valued time spent outdoors.
For over 40 years, Bob dedicated his career to the automotive industry, where his work ethic, knowledge, and friendly spirit earned him the respect of colleagues and customers alike.
He will be remembered for his warm heart, his unwavering loyalty, and his ability to make others smile.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Rural Cemetery, with a reception immediately afterward.
