Mrs. Sammie Lee Girley was born to T.L. Gibson and Christeena Belle Washington in Iran, Texas in 1946. She departed this life September 6, 2012. Mrs. Girley came to Stockton, California as a child. She met and married Esau Girley Jr. in 1960. From that marriage were 4 Children. She leaves to mourn her children Christina Girley, Douglas Girley, Esau Girley III and Rose Girley Bradley; 1 brother Maurice Washington; 1 sister Willie Mae Lewis; 1 niece Natasha Lemmons; 14 Grandchildren; 11 Great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but God knows best and he loved her more. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 5:00 PM at 644 Elmira Ave. Stockton, CA 95206.
