Ted Yukio Nishimura passed away peacefully August 4, 2016, at the age of 85. Ted is survived by his four children, David, Deborah, Isa, and Theodore; two daughters-in-law, Elizabeth and Nesie; six grand-children, Sheena, Catrina, Theo, Jeremy, Michael, and Patrick; one grandson-in-law, Isaac; two great-granddaughters, Melia and Tessa Mae; as well as many nieces, nephews, and loyal, loving friends.
The life of Ted will be celebrated with a Rosary service at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 North California Street, on Tuesday, August 9 at 6:00pm; a Mass at Saint Gertrude’s Catholic Church, 1663 East Main Street, on Wednesday, August 10 at 10:00am; and committal immediately following at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
