Teresa Silva

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Teresa (Terri) Danielle Silva on August 26, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father David A. Silva. She is survived by her daughter Alyssa N. Sanchez (Husband Christopher) and her son Alexander D. Martinez, and her newborn granddaughter Amelia Teresa Sanchez. She is also survived by her mother Esther F. Silva, brother David Silva (Wife Kathy), sister Becky Streitmater (Husband Gary), nephews Kristopher, Braden, Ryan and niece Kim, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Teresa graduated St. Mary’s High School and received her Bachelor of Science from Humphreys College and was a long-time employee of St. Joseph’s/Dignity Health Hospital. Teresa was a long standing member of St Luke’s Catholic Church.

It’s how You make people feel that is important, that is how you are remembered.

This is how Terri is remembered.

She made you feel important!

She cared so deeply.

A Loving daughter, devoted mother, cherished sister and giving friend.

Terri so bravely battled cancer.

We will miss her. We will remember her.

Funeral Services will be held on September 18, 2025 at 10am at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Drive, Stockton, California 95219.
