Terri Castillo was, among many great things, a pillar of strength for the family...the family born through the bond formed with her loving husband 37 years ago. She raised and cherished two daughters, who were blessed to have her a mother. As she warmly embraced them in her arms, she lovingly enveloped them in her heart.
She was a loving matriarch, whose empathy for those closest to her was nothing short of remarkable. She always knew just what loved ones were thinking or feeling, and offered a listening ear, as well as advice and support. She was selfless, always putting others first.
Terri spent long days and sleepless nights cleaning, doing laundry, cooking, and caring for her two daughters. Her affection and hard work did not go unnoticed and were not underappreciated. She was truly a dedicated wife and mother.
One of her favorite places in the whole world was Pi Pi Valley, where her fondest memories took place surrounded by her family, having fun in the river and around the campfire. She was a shining example of what it means to be strong. No matter how bad things were, she always kept going forward. She was also humble, creative, and caring.
The family will always remember her as "Nina" Terri, a devoted godmother. She will be sorely missed, and never forgotten...
