Cecile will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed the outdoors at any time, including travelling, engaging in community events, and working in her garden.
Cecile will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Janann Blanchard (and spouse Peter Kessler), son Kelly Blanchard (and spouse Heather Blanchard), grandchildren Jaxon Blanchard, Derrick Blanchard, and Brooklyn Blanchard, sister Toby Brand (and spouse Dennis Javorsky), brother, Lynn Brand (and spouse Christine Brand), and brother Ronald Davidson (and spouse Avonley Davidson).
She was predeceased by her late spouse, Rexford ‘Rex’ Moore.
A memorial service will be held in Cecile’s honour at 12:00H on 16 August 2025 at Kingdom Advance Church, 49 Boulder Blvd, Stony Plain, AB.
