Coreen placed her imprint of her immense love on everyone’s heart and lives that were blessed to meet, feel her immense love and zest for life. 
Coreen radiated and shone with her immense love, kindness. and compassion as she genuinely cared for everyone she met. She made sure that each of us knew how much we were loved and cherished as part of her family even when she crossed the room she would quietly in her loving special way send love with a smile or loving gesture.  Coreen was always there for all of us in the happy and more difficult moments of our life’s. She always instinctively knew what each of us needed, a hand squeeze, her deep caring eyes, smile, laughter, quiet time, immense hugs…
Coreen will be greatly missed. She was such a loving, kind one in many millions, genuinely caring lady that was always there for family new and old friends. I will miss how she lit up and shone so brightly when she lovingly told me stories about Richy, her girls Natasha, Kitrina and Brydan ,  their spouses and her grandchildren. I will forever cherish the wonderful memories of growing up with Coreen Pam and Dale. Her love for Richy was so special, I could see her countenance and her breathing change when she spoke of him or caught his eye in a crowded room, it felt like her heart still fluttered and he still took her breath away after over 40 years. A deep love like theirs is so very special and rare. 

Coreen was an inspiration, so filled with love, 💗 joy 🤩 and laughter . I will always miss her wonderful smile, awesome sense of humour, contagious laughter and the special twinkle in her eyes. It’s hard to put into words what Coreen meant to me and how much a part of my life she became over the years.

So many of my memories from PNG, and so many of the important moments that followed, have Coreen and Richy in them. Her sudden passing is incredibly hard to take in, and I feel very lucky to have known her as well as I did.

Over the years in PNG, Coreen and Richy became family. I spent so many weekends with them, and Coreen looked after me like I was one of her own. We used to joke that I was the adopted son, but that is genuinely how she made me feel.

She was one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever known, caring, generous, funny, warm and completely real. She had a genuinely good heart and made people feel welcome and cared for without ever making a big deal about it.

Carin and I will never forget that Coreen and Richy travelled from Canada to Australia for our wedding. We then spent our honeymoon travelling around Tasmania with them, which probably says everything about how close we were. We were also lucky enough to visit them in Canada the following year. Those memories mean more now than I can say.

It hurts knowing there won’t be another catch-up, another drink, another laugh, or another chance to sit around talking like no time had passed—and that Coreen won’t get to meet the boys.

Coreen, thank you for looking after me, for treating me like family, and for being part of some of the biggest moments of our lives. I loved you like family, because that is what you were.

Rest easy, Coreen. We’re going to miss you more than I can put into words.

Richy, we love you mate. There are no words that can make this easier, but Carin and I are here for you, however and whenever you need us. Always.

The worst thing about leaving PNG was leaving our great friends.

Coreen was a big part of our life there, forever in our hearts xx

Our trip to Bali is still one of our favourite holidays.

Richy so sorry to hear of Coreen's passing. I knew Coreen when you lived in Antigonish ns,  I babysat for April and Coreen babysat for her sister  Sandy.  Coreen was a beautiful woman and friend.

Coreen entered into our lives for only a short time but she left a huge impact💛 from her entertaining us with her delicious recipe of ribs to her caring spirit of making sure everyone was well taken care of made me realize the importance of being surrounded by good humans🥰 I loved our conversations of her travels and watched how she lit up the room while talking about her grandbabies 🤩 when it is my time to leave this world I only pray that I will leave a huge hole (as she most certainly did) in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of sharing a space with her beautiful soul🪽 go rest high upon that mountain my friend 😘
