David was born on March 7, 1990 at the Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta. He was a loving son and brother, a proud grandson and a loyal cousin, nephew and friend. David loved his friends and family dearly and was always willing to help. He is survived by his beloved Mother Cindy and Father Dave and by his sister Emilly. He leaves behind his grandparents Dave and Joanne and Yvonne and Jim, by the coolest Aunts, Uncles and Cousins who loved him dearly.
Throughout his life David was known for his humour and bright smile, he loved to make others laugh and had a knack for quoting entire movies. He delighted his mother and sister with endless Anchor Man and Simpsons quotes. David was happiest hunting and fishing with his Dad, quiet moments spent in the bush watching for animals. Just like his dad he became a Journeyman welder, David was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146. He played hockey for a few years and found the sport that he loved--football. He played for the Stony Bombers, the Outlaws, and the Predators.
A celebration of David’s life will take place on August 19th 2025 at Parkland Funeral Services. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers please send a donation to the Bissel Centre of Edmonton, a service that supported David. David will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
